Our guests started the morning with a stretch in a specialised 45 minute dynamic pilates mat workout with experienced trainer Lauren of KX Pilates.

After the full body workout, they were rewarded with a Saturday morning stroll through the Hygge Winter Warmers Market, where they collected their protein treat from Protein Balls ADL, bundle of Hygge Blooms, and refuelled with a coffee from Octeine.

Open to all of our Hygge friends, we turned the Hygge Atrium outdoor space into a King William Road Winter Warmers Market Day which was sure to add a little colour to your typical August day. Starring an exclusive TOAST Society pop up store where guests were able to try on, and purchase their own stylish puff of perfection in the form of a puffer jacket!
