A healthy mind is a state of well-being where we can cope with the normal stresses of life and contribute to our communities. This is something that doesn’t come easily to many, but there are things we can do to help ease the anxieties of everyday life. Our guests eased into the morning with a 45 minute meditation class lead by Anne of Barefoot and Thankful to help centre their minds.

Promoting wellness from within, Madeleine and Dani from Modern Ayurvedic then opened minds to the world of Ayurvedic tradition and how the idea of balance starts with good gut health.
