OUR WEDDING DESIGN & PLANNING EXPERIENCE IS DIVIDED INTO THREE SERVICES.

Over a series of meetings and site visits throughout the Design and Project Management stages, we get to know you as a couple, what you like and what you’d like us to avoid. With years of merchandising, interior styling, project management, floristry and graphic design experience, we can scale our service to suit your requirements.
Select between the two levels of service:
Bespoke - We will put together a thoughtfully curated styling brief documenting proposed to-scale floor plans, suggested colour schemes, floral concepts, lighting plans, custom designed furniture & décor design items, and graphic designs that will really get you inspired. Only once we have you in a vibe, we will itemise everything for you on one quote, keeping all of the costs transparent and realistic throughout. Then we begin designing, crafting, ordering and building all of your truly bespoke, custom elements that we imagined just for you and your wedding day.
Tailored - Provide us with the venue floor plan, desired quantities and your inspirational images of general styling, floristry and graphic design for us to execute in a Hygge style. In our initial consult, we will discuss and decide and then document these formally.

We source sub-hire quotes, appoint the carpentry team and place our floral orders, all in the name of wedding design. We'll juggle the logistics, oversee the build and orchestrate a team of talented event stylists, florists and labour crew to heave and ho, place and potter. We make calls that need to be made with your best interest at heart. The wedding set up and pack down is no easy feat, but it’s our most rewarding part. After months (or years) of dreaming and planning, getting to know you and all that you hope for the day, and here we finally are!

Bespoke - To do your wedding design justice, select the Bespoke option of Project Management if you have requested our Bespoke Styling Design. If you have selected a Tailored Styling Design, you can increase our level of involvement with our Bespoke Project Management. This is where we really bring all of the moving parts together, communicating, sourcing and directing all vendors and suppliers.
Tailored - Are you a planner at heart and have your vendors under control? Complete our Project Management documentation 6 weeks out from your wedding day. You can concentrate on those final beauty prep days in the lead up to your day, while we direct the set-up suppliers, guide the caterers and bar staff, welcome the musicians in according to our bump in and out schedule and floor plans.

We foresee the things that only experience can see. No crystal ball needed, just a detailed run sheet meeting with you 6 weeks out from your day, where we detail you, your guests and your vendors movements. Always encouraging its natural progression, our Formalities Coordinator is there to gently guide all the moving parts on your special day. They will prompt your MC and speakers, handle any hiccups, roll out food drops on time and keep a general eye out for the overall look and feel of your wedding day. By early communication of seating plans & dietary requirements, along with run sheet schedules with all vendors and suppliers, we will become the central go-to for all involved.

Bespoke - This is an optional add-on, but especially encouraged for Bespoke weddings, even when your venue provides a basic run sheet their end.

WE WORK WITH COLOURS, SEASONS, AND PERSONALITIES TO CREATE THE AESTHETICS OF YOUR DREAMS. WE THINK OF THE UNTHOUGHT OF, NO PETAL LEFT UNTURNED.
WE WORK ACROSS VARIOUS MEDIUMS AND SEEK TO PUSH THE BOUNDARIES OF TRADITIONAL FLORISTRY. SHOULD IT BE A COMPOSITION OF CONCRETE, METAL AND FLOWERS, OR AN ELEGANTLY FLOWING CEILING PIECE. HYGGE SPECIALISE IN ROMANTIC, ART INSPIRED PIECES, BROUGHT TO LIFE WITH THE USE MODERN FLORAL BESPOKE RECIPES.

Let our in-house graphic designers hand craft a selection of customised stationary for your special day. Your designer will work cohesively and collaboratively with your Hygge Event Stylist to capture the essence of your wedding. Stationery provides the opportunity for all concepts to seamlessly marry together and tell your story. From bespoke illustrated invitations to custom menus & table seating signage. Our designers will guide you through paper stock selections, printing production, signage hire accompaniments to final placement on the day.

HYGGE HAVE CREATED A RANGE OF CUSTOM HIRE PIECES FOR OUR CLIENTS. HYGGE PIECES ARE AVAILABLE FOR EXCLUSIVE HIRE WHEN USING ADDITIONAL HYGGE STYLING SERVICES INCLUDING FLORISTRY, GRAPHICS & PLANNING.
