Become your own MasterChef… Spend an intimate evening with Adelaide’s very own MasterChef and pasta guru, Laura Sharrad, for the ultimate pasta making experience.

Sharing some of her favourite pasta dishes, inspired by the menu selection from her renowned restaurant NIDO Bar and Pasta, Laura took us through her tips, tricks and techniques behind perfecting pasta at home.

Teaming together with a local wine favourite, Vinteloper we curated the perfect culinary combination of fresh local ingredients and sauce pairings to suit their recent white label release.

Across two exclusive nights, guests learnt the art behind the dough, from hand rolling to creating their very own rustic pasta shapes of two gnocchi-based dishes. No machines required, as the nights were focused on hand made techniques that can be continued at home.

In-between hand rolling pasta pieces, and enjoying the latest drop from the hand crafted Vinteloper range, Laura guided us through sauce parings as she demonstrated her MasterChef skills in preparing a pasta recipes guests can re-create.

We took home a world of knowledge, plus pasta pieces for you to get cooking in our own kitchen space.
